  • Achieved my “Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist” Certification in July 2007 (I am the 5th person in Charlotte to ever achieve this designation) which teaches how to manage equity and gain high levels of net wealth by using specific tax strategies to protect the liquidity of client’s money, the safety of their money, and optimize the highest rate of return on their money. I teach clients how to use a mortgage to plan for the future to fund children’s college, eliminate the need to depend on Social Security, save for retirement, pay their home off early WITHOUT making extra principal payments, the importance of a “Will”, estate planning, the importance and powerful use of a Life Insurance Policy, and avoiding taxes while achieving these goals.

My point is this: Rate is not everything – as most clients have been trained to think.
