This was my 8th home purchase and I've never had such a seamless process in all stages of the transaction. Promises were kept and no surprises occurred. This home purchase was due to a long-distance relocation which added stress and uncertainties to a situation that usually already has too much of both. However, given these additional hurdles, Brian was able to fully grasp and smoothly coordinate the entire transaction while significantly reducing any unnecessary anxieties and stress. Furthermore, in the current tightened lending industry, Brian and First Charter were able to deliver an attractive mortgage package and rates that I was unable to obtain from other sources. Before making the call to Bryan I was extremely nervous because I had just gone through a separation and this would be my first big purchase alone.
